Wang Thonglang · study folio
The inspection book, drawn so the line can see it.
We read the sheets a plant already keeps and leave a folio the quality manager can brief from.

A Plant Quality Picture
One line. Up to ninety days of the inspection book and the scrap tickets. The folio is drawn by hand from those pages and briefed with the people who run the shift.
- 01Defect codes as the inspectors wrote them, including codes the procedure forgot.
- 02A week-by-week scrap picture in pieces, kilograms, or cartons — the unit the line already uses.
- 03Rows we cannot read are left unread. A guessed code is not a kindness.
- 04One revision after the plant checks names, then a briefing of about an hour.
The night shift was still writing solder splash after the day shift had folded that fault into bridge. The first draft joined them. I wanted them apart.

When the question is narrower
Incoming Lot Review
A receiving supervisor can see which lots were accepted, which were held, and where the plant's notes count a different event from the supplier's certificate.
Capability Briefing
Pass-or-fail ticks are not enough. The briefing needs the readings, and it says which weeks sat inside the limits and which weeks wandered.
Chart Reading Session
Up to twelve people sit with the sheets they already write. The session asks who filled the Friday column before anyone argues with the curve.
Where the books can come
The office, and the plants we visit
Bangkok lines are visited within the starting fee of a Plant Quality Picture. Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, and Chonburi are written into the quote when the books cannot travel. Copies can also be carried to the office.
