Who should be in the room

The session is for inspectors and the supervisors who sign the sheet, up to twelve people. A training coordinator may arrange the room. Directors are welcome if they can stay for the handwriting, not only for the last ten minutes. The useful argument happens when the person who wrote a code is present to say what they meant.

How the half day is spent

We work from either a folio we have already delivered or from the plant's own recent charts, if the writing can be read. The shape of the day is steady.

• The first hour is spent naming who wrote which column, including people who are off shift
• The middle two hours follow three codes or three points the room disagrees about
• A break is taken away from the table so the argument can cool
• The last hour lists what the room will write differently next week, in the plant's own words

What people bring

Bring the pen used on the line, the code list from the procedure, and one week of sheets that still have the original handwriting. Photocopies that have lost the pencil are a poor substitute. If the Friday inspector is on leave, move the date. We would rather reschedule than explain a column the writer cannot defend.

Papers we will not sign

We do not sign training records for a customer audit, and we do not issue attendance certificates for a regulator. The session is a reading of charts with the people who write them. A confirmation of the date and the headcount is the paper we provide. Payment is due in full when the date is agreed, because the half day is held on the plant's calendar.

Fee, room, and travel

The fee is 18,000 THB for the half day in Bangkok, including Samut Prakan when the quote says so. The plant provides the room and the sheets. Travel farther out, a second half day, or a group larger than twelve is a different quote. Cancellation and no-show terms are on the refund page.
