One characteristic, the real readings
Production heads ask for this briefing when a customer wants to know whether a dimension, a fill weight, or a torque has been living inside its limits. The study uses the numbers written at inspection. A column of pass and fail, with no reading beside it, cannot support the picture. We will decline the file rather than invent a spread from ticks.
What the sheet must carry
We need the specification limits the plant actually works to, the unit, the date of each reading, and enough repeats to see a week. Note any die change, filler adjustment, or tool swap in the same window. Those marks often explain a jump better than a single summary figure. One characteristic is the starting scope. A second characteristic is a second fee.
How the briefing speaks
You receive a short folio: the spread of readings against the two limits, the weeks that sat tight, and the weeks that wandered. We name the weeks in plain language. We do not collapse the whole window into one flattering number for a director who will not see the die change. The briefing is usually forty minutes at the office or at the plant in Bangkok.
What we will not certify
The folio is a reading of the sheets you gave us. It is not a capability certificate for a customer audit, and it is not a statement that the process will stay inside the limits next month. If a gauge was sticking during the window, the picture will say so when the repeat checks show it. Gauge trouble is described in the journal piece on checking the gauge before the curve.
Fee and pace
The starting fee is 28,000 THB, with about ten working days after the readings arrive in a readable form. Travel outside Bangkok for the briefing is quoted on its own. The deposit is forty percent. The balance is due before the briefing.
