Incoming Lot Review
We line up the plant's incoming book against the supplier's lot counts for one commodity, and we write down where the two records are counting different events.

When the two books disagree
Receiving supervisors ask for this review when a supplier certificate and the plant's incoming sheets do not name the same holds. A quiet supplier can look worse than a noisy one simply because the plant writes every curl, scratch, or short count, while the certificate only lists what the supplier calls a reject.
The lots we line up
The scope is one commodity over a window you name, often one to three months. Each lot in that window is placed on a comparison sheet: accepted, held, returned, or absent from one of the books. We use the plant's lot numbers. We do not renumber them to match a supplier's private sequence unless you ask us to show both.
Sheets to send
Send copies of the incoming inspection sheets, the packing lists, and any hold tags that name a reason. Photographs are enough if the writing can be read. Original books can stay on the dock. If a hold reason is a code only the night receiver understands, ask that person to gloss five or six examples before we start.
What the comparison will not blame
The sheet shows a difference in counting. It does not decide that a supplier is at fault, and it does not visit the supplier. Laboratory tests of the material sit outside the fee. If you want a meeting with the supplier afterward, that meeting is yours; we can sit in it only when the letter of scope says so, and that time is quoted separately.
Time, place, and fee
Most reviews finish in about two weeks from the day the copies are readable. We can spend a morning at the receiving dock in Bangkok, or you can bring the copies to the Wang Thonglang office. The starting fee is 42,000 THB. A second commodity, travel beyond Bangkok, and a dock visit outside a single morning are added in the letter before you pay the deposit.
