Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of the website at cognitquarry.click and the studies commissioned from Cognit Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd. ("the company", "we"). The office address is 18/2 Lat Phrao Road, Khlong Chaokho Laem, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok 10310. The company was established in 2014.
Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. A study is accepted only when you and the company have agreed a letter of scope in writing, including by email. A page of starting fees, a form submission, or a preferred date is an enquiry. It does not reserve a week and it does not create a debt.
The studies
We prepare chart folios and briefings from records a plant already keeps: inspection books, scrap tickets, incoming sheets, and measurement readings. The letter of scope names the line, commodity, or characteristic, the date window, the fee, and the place. Work outside that letter is not included. We may decline a file when the records cannot support the picture, and we will say so before or just after intake.
Intellectual property
The plant retains ownership of its own records, codes, and product information. Until the balance of the fee is paid, the chart drawings and the text of the folio remain the company's. After the balance is paid, the plant may keep the folio and copy it for internal use on that plant's lines. The plant may not resell the folio, or publish it as a booklet for other companies, without written consent. Text and photographs on this website, other than a client's own words in a plant note, belong to the company. You may not copy the site into another commercial page.
Enquiries and conduct
The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a study, an optional date, a plant area, a scope, and a message. Do not send passwords, national identity numbers, or card numbers through the form. We may refuse a briefing room that is unsafe, and we may stop a visit if the books we were promised are not available and no one can explain the gap.
Liability
A folio is a reading of the copies we were given. It is not a certificate, not a guarantee that a process will stay inside its limits, and not a substitute for the plant's own release decision. To the extent Thai law allows, the company's liability arising from a study is limited to the fee paid for that study. We are not liable for production losses, customer claims, or decisions a plant makes after the briefing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where such protection applies. The website is published in English. If a Thai translation is provided later, the English text of these terms governs the company, and a conflict will be read in favour of the plant only where Thai law requires it.
