Starting figures, then a letter that names the books.
Most of the fee depends on which line, which commodity, or which characteristic you bring, and on whether we must travel to read the sheets. The numbers below are the place a conversation starts. The letter of scope is the price you accept. Nothing on this page is a cart you can pay through the site.

What moves the figure
- A second line, a second commodity, or a second characteristic.
- Travel beyond Bangkok. Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, and Chonburi are priced in the letter when a visit is required. Farther estates are discussed before a date is held.
- Photographs too dark to read. We may ask for a second sitting rather than guess the pencil. That sitting is quoted.
- A rush that asks for a briefing in fewer than ten working days after intake.
- Shorthand that needs a slower reading with the person who wrote it.
- A briefing room that needs both a Thai conversation on the floor and a longer English folio than our usual pages.
Deposit and balance
Studies open with a deposit of forty percent. The balance is due before the briefing. The Chart Reading Session is paid in full when the date is agreed, because the half day occupies the plant's room and our calendar. If we decline a file after seeing that the books are the wrong kind, and we have not started the reading, the deposit is returned as the refund page describes.
What the starting fee already includes
For a Plant Quality Picture in Bangkok, the starting figure includes intake, the reading, the chart set, one revision, the briefing, and the folio. It does not include laboratory tests, a rewritten procedure, or a weekly chart after we have left. Incoming reviews and capability briefings follow the same habit: one subject, one revision of names, one sitting to talk. Detail lives on each study page so this table is not asked to carry every boundary.
